This is not a big, fancy gym.

No locker room. No TV. No mirrors (except in the bathroom). No fancy cardio machines. No distractions. 

Our 3500sqft underground gym is a close-knit community where we get right to work. There is nothing superfluous here- just barbells, weights, racks, and a couple of useful machines. All trainees are coached by Joe and use the same app to track their progress. We also host a group Rosary once a month and the occasional BBQ.

Our gym is private and exclusive. Everyone is here because they want to be here, and because a commercial gym just doesn't cut it. Come in and see what the fuss is all about.

The gym is open 24/7 to members. To meet Coach Joe, come during staffed hours between 9-12am every weekday (or make an appointment).
